VIVACIOUS 50 ml
Vivacious is a violet-themed perfume that takes its cue from those prim Victorians who adored this precious flower so much. Updated for the 21st century, this scent has a happy and carefree flair. The fragrance opens with bright and joyful bergamot that seamlessly merges into a floral bouquet of flirty violet and spicy carnation. Waxy orris smoothly anchors this boisterous heart and soft, powdery amber adds a warm and luxurious finish. Vivacious is an exuberant and joyful perfume. Perfect to zing your life. Note that Vivacious is being phased out of the collection and that only limited stock is available.
VETIVER 50 ml
This spicy and woody fragrance is what I imagine heartthrobs of Hollywood’s golden age smelled like: elegant and charming, yet vigorous and adventuresome. The perfume takes its name from and centres around vetiver, an extraordinary tropical grass that originates from India. Its smell is complex: at the same time fresh, spicy, earthy and woody. Although vetiver is a popular ingredient in men’s perfumes, inspiring examples of less masculine fragrances can certainly be found in perfume history. As you may expect, with this fragrance I refuse to choose sides. Vetiver opens with a sharp aromatic blend of citrus fruits, followed by fresh ginger. At its heart all facets of vetiver are present. To add extra depth and complexity we included two varieties of vetiver, one from Haiti and the other from Java. Once the vetiver heart begins to subside, cedarwood and ambrette seed provide a soft and gentle finish. Note that Vetiver is being phased out of the collection and that only limited stock is available.
HYDE 50 ml
Hyde is a sensual and addictively mesmerising leather-themed fragrance. Hyde opens with a strong burst of bright lemon and bergamot. These cheerful notes then clash with the dry and sharp scent of birch tar, reminiscent of burned wood - and cassie, an opulent flower with intense green and spicy nuances. Both form a vibrant leather note with powerful depth and intense appeal. This beating heart is embraced by a warm and elegant base of smoky labdanum and malt vanilla melting into earthy oakmoss. Seductive and challenging, Hyde is an ode to all those adventure-seeking souls – a unisex fragrance perfect for day and night.
MOON BLOOM 50 ml
Moon Bloom takes its inspiration from tuberose, a flower with a unique soft and creamy aroma that is often referred to as the mistress of the night. Not only because it releases its scent during the night, but also because of its intense aphrodisiac properties. Moon Bloom is an exploration of the brief life of the tuberose. The fresh green smell of the stem and leaves hardly prepare you for a narcotically opulent heart full of sweet and spicy white flowers. As the fragrance dries down, the scent ripens into a thick, moist and almost tropical base of creamy coconut and warm resins. Moon Bloom was my debut fragrance and remains one of my most popular creations.
SLOWDIVE 50 ml
Slowdive is a warm tobacco-themed fragrance that captures the mood of those languid afternoons when the sweetness of the Indian summer air is almost palpable. The heady scent of summer flowers and the humming of bees surround you as you flee the high summer sun. The fragrance opens with fresh and flowery top notes of neroli and orange flower before tobacco blossom, honey and beeswax take over. The heart - rich and deep, with hints of dried fruit and creamy tuberose – is delicately anchored by a base of warm resins that give Slowdive its soft and exotic touch.
ARCADIA 50 ml
For this perfume I was inspired by the natural splendour of Arcadia. In this idyllic, unspoiled wilderness babbling brooks meander through mountains covered in dense forests and the air is filled with the sound of humming insects and twittering birds. Imagine the lush undergrowth that covers the forest floor. In areas where the sun manages to break through the canopy, fragrant flowers bask in the sunlight and their sweet scent intertwines with the fresh green smell of the foliage.
SHANGRI LA 50 ml
Ever since I stopped production of Shangri La in 2018 my customers have asked me to bring it back. I thought I should finally listen and am pleased to announce an updated edition of Shangri La. The original Shangri La was introduced in 2014 as the followup to my debut fragrance Moon Bloom. It was inspired and named after the fictional land descried in James Hilton's 1933 novel Lost Horizon. Hilton describes Shangri La as a mythical Himalayan utopia, an earthly paradise isolated from the rest of the world where people are almost immortal. I translated the beauty and purity of Shangri La into a contemporary interpretation of a classic chypre perfume.
